Introduction to the Mcat
Compression Tester
Comp-08
The Mcat compression tester is suitable for
most gasoline engines.
The gasoline engine has a long long history with remarkable
progress being accomplished.
However, the principles of operation have not changed from its
conception, that is it requires by "good air-fuel mixture",
"good compression", and "good
ignition."
We developed the Comp-08 for piston and rotary
engines which improves upon the initial model, the Comp-07
for rotary engines.
It is a very important foundation of performance maintenance to
manage the engines compression, as mentioned above.
When measuring compression, a dial type gauge can be cheaply and
easily purchased. However, contrasting comparisons cannot be
carried out as a dial type of gauge does not measure at a fixed
number of rotations.
Our tester has a compensation function for the number of
rotations, and comparison on the same conditions can be
easily performed.
Also, Comp-08 can be display 3 types of
measurement units:- Pa, Kg/cm2
and PSI.
You no need to calculate conversions!
Furthermore, the measurement result is shown by graph
when connect to a personal computer.
By using the digital display and graphing functions on a
PC, you can judge visually and explain to your customers
the measurements.
The exclusive graph software for Windows PC is
included.
Please save measurement data in a PC and utilize this data for
management of comparisons with other engines, and the changes
over time to your customerfs engines.
Moreover, management of your customer's car, customer
acquisition, etc. demonstrate power and also as a sales
tool.
